On 3 May, the social media was awash with the death rumour of Daniel Ademinokan, a filmmaker. The rumour went virile after a purported tweet from Stella Damasus. The tweet read: “OMG (Oh My God) R.I.P. Daniel.”
But Stella told P.M.NEWS Nollywood Reel that her Twitter account was hacked into, and it was the perpetrator who posted the tweet. This is coming on the heels of a rumour that Stella and Ademinokan have got married secretly.
But in his reaction, Ademinokan simply said God should forgive those that wanted him dead. “It is not funny because I don’t know why any sane human being will wish his/her fellow human dead. But I pray that God should forgive whoever is behind this.”
